I've been training for a while but I still class myself as a beginner. I haver an all gyms membership with Goodlife Health Clubs. I generally go to Chermside and the Wintergarden.
I'm looking for another beginner in weight training and general fitness. Someone who is motivated. Someone similar to my age would be preferred but not necessary.
