My name is Carly Williams and I own a Personal Training studio called Fitgirls, located at Edwardstown. We train many groups, and in particular, social netball teams. We are getting excellent results with our girls, who find that the extra training (especially with their team members) provides greater team morale, fitness and strength on the court.
Our sessions specialise in building speed, strength and agility, and we can work with teams of any fitness level. The cost of our group sessions is around $12 - $15 per person for a 60 minute session, making it an affordable, fun and safe way to improve fitness!
