I love to run every other day (5 or 10kms) and prefer long runs every weekend morning or evening :) my farthest run is 30km. But I want to push myself more.. Long runs can be done around in Sydney CBD area or around Strathfield :) I also do swimming on weekends or very early in the morning :)
