I have recently moved to Mawson Lakes from the UK. I haven't played netball since leaving school but I used to love it. So I'd like to take it up again recreationally to help improve my fitness, at 6 foot 2 I used to make a pretty good GS / GK. I'm free most weekends and evenings however I don't have a car yet so I'm limited to public transport.

My name is Carly Williams and I own a Personal Training studio called Fitgirls, located at Edwardstown. We train many groups, and in particular, social netball teams. We are getting excellent results with our girls, who find that the extra training (especially with their team members) provides greater team morale, fitness and strength on the court.
Our sessions specialise in building speed, strength and agility, and we can work with teams of any fitness level. The cost of our group sessions is around $12 - $15 per person for a 60 minute session, making it an affordable, fun and safe way to improve fitness!

i have a mixed team who play sunday arvo/night mainly @ immanual college and some games are @ Unley highschool am looking for 2 males and 2 females 2 join our team who mainly consist of beginners and intermediate players. Summer season starts end of Sept we play just 4 fun but winning is always nice!!
