Hi there, I'm a 40 year old male recently got the hiking bug and having trouble finding like-minded people to walk with. I don't mind going alone but on some walks it'd be nice to do it with a friend. I live near Caboolture and hike beween 10-30km and building up. Would like to extend that to overnight hikes. I don't have that much experience and I'm eager to learn and make lots of mistakes trying. I'm also very interested in survival skills so always trying and am an expert at making mistakes.
I'm a family man and have recovered from a chronic illness so my mental tenacity is excellent. Cut my leg off I'll still walk out of there. I'm tattooed, athletic, law abiding and environmentally conscious and I'll make you roll your eyes with bad jokes.
