Walking... Currently walking the 1000 steps in Ferntree Gully 2-3 times per week... and street walking/light running days don't do the stairs. Enjoy it and be good if had a walking group once or twice a week to go to in the area.

im lookin for someone to train with me on a regular weekly basis, maybe 2 or 3 nights a week. Would like to do general types of fitness activities after work such as jogging/running, pushups, situps, and other types of boot-camp type stuff, even the beep test. I like to mark and record my progression from week to week as it gives me the motivation to continue doing it. My fitness level at the moment i would probably describe as average. Im willing to travel-within reason- if i can find a committed partner.
