Ojays basketball

Who: We are the O'Jays basketball team- a competitive and social group of local and international guys bound by our love of the game and whilst we definitely play for success, it's not at all costs. So we're not about playing iso-ball for big ego's either- we're team first and only. We're of the belief if we're to be successful in play and enjoyment we'll make one another better and yes of course, we do have decent talent to work with. What: We're currently ranked in A grade and have a strong culture of enjoying regular yet informal skill, strategy and conditioning practices. Where: Our team is registered in the Metro and Southern Districts Basketball Association (Spartan League) playing on Wednesdays @ MSAC, Albert Park. What we want from new players: In a nutshell if we can make each other better on all levels of play and social cohesion then that's the best fit. We routinely scout for new permanent players for the event when current ones leave due to family or work commitments such as going overseas or if someone gets long-term injured- we also need a continual list of reliable guys who just want the occasional game also to be on stand-by.
