The Ramjets play Thursday nights in the Mens Comp at Southern Districts Courts near Carina League Club. The comp has all ages from 18 up and the playing standard is pretty good. We are looking for a basketball player in any position to fill the roster but main thing is we need someone who can play well, turn up consistently each week and help lift our level by being a consistent team member. Our team age ranges from 20s to late 30s but happy for players of any age as long as you can help lift our win record and enjoy playing hard every week. Play full court basketball on the weekends in Spring Hill for FREE! I’m looking for 7-9 team-oriented guys to play full court basketball at the Brisbane Girls Grammar School’s outdoor courts in Spring Hill on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings. I’ve spent the past year playing Tuesday nights at Auchenflower but I’ve realized it is far too expensive ($15 a week to play ONE officiated game!) I loved playing pick-up basketball back in the States as it was a fun way to stay in shape while at the same time being able to hang out with friends. I haven’t seen much outdoor pick-up Bball in Brisbane so I’d like to try and start something up.
