Netball Beginner

Hiya, am looking to get fit and would like to have a go at indoor netball. 29 years old and haven't played since high school but skills were not bad back in the day. Played mostly C but also a bit of WA or GA as needed. Looking to play on a week night around the inner west, Sydney. Not sure how to get started but if you don't mind someone starting off with a low fitness level (ha) then give me a buzz, I am pretty keen to get going!
