Netball Intermediate

I'm looking for a social but slightly competitive team to play with during the week. I'm returning from an 18 month break due to injury so need a team that will be a understanding while I get my fitness back. I've played WA//WD/GK up to div 2/3 and GA/GS up to div4 (although fitness levels will be lower). Preferred positions are GK and GS but I'm flexible as long as it's not GD or C. :)
