Martial Arts Beginner

I live around parramatta area. I'm intersted in finding a place to train in the martial arts discepline of Kendo, Aikido or Jujitsu. I can train Saturdays or weekdays after work hours. My main reason for training is for self discepline and health bec I am diabetic.

Im interested in finding a group of table tennis players to play weekdays after work or weekend games. Will play socially or competitively.
