Netball Beginner

Hi, I live in Wahroonga and would like to join a social night comp to increase my fitness. I played competitively when younger however I have not played for a number of years now. I am available Monday to Thursday nights and play centre court (prefer centre but question my fitness level)... I would like to stay close to home ie. Wahroonga, Turramurra, Warrawee, pymble etc. Thank you. Brooke
