Netball Intermediate

Currently looking for an intermediate ladies or mixed netball team to play with either Monday or Wednesday nights. I previously played in division 2 from around 6 years old until I turned 17. I haven't played in around 3 years and am looking to get back into it. Previously played defence. Preferable somewhere located in the south east.
