Netball Beginner

29 year old, Social Netball player who hasnt played since high school but keen to get back into it for fitness and fun. Can play most days of the week except on Thursday evenings. I have a friend who is also keen to start playing, living at Currumbin so can play around most of the Gold Coast. Not sure how to get into a team, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Carly
