Basketball Beginner

Hi there, reasonably new to Perth and was wanting to get back into basketball again, played for about 8 years when I was younger, always played competition or rep, am looking to play for a social team on sundays or even find a club, am currently unfit and on the bigger side but wanting to slim down.. I am dedicated and reliable and willing to travel anywhere depending on how far.. Have forgotten positions but am a quick learner.. If anyone can help point me in the right direction I Would be so grateful.. Thank you
