Basketball Intermediate

I would like to find a social team. I have played all my life and just getting back into the sport now. Would love to play on Wednesday nights or even the weekend? I have played since i was 7 years old, only to recently take 4 years off due to ice hockey commitments. I would love to find a team out there, i am a tall but play outside the key a fair bit as my jumpshot is my best asset.
