Netball Intermediate

I want to keep fit so I want to join any indoor or outdoor netball team.I usually play Defence so GD,GK or WD?? Been playing playing netball again for 2 1/2 years now; I play every Wednesday nights for my mixed team and mums day netball on Tuesday which I really enjoy ???? So any night games (Monday,Thursday,Friday)and a weekend game I'm keen to join the team.
