Netball Intermediate

I would like to return to playing netball. But would require a nature aged team. Nothing too strenuous. I would just like the fun and social aspects. I have in the past played D-A grade, I ha e coached teams also quite successfully. Would like to reconnect due to aiming to be a bit fitter. Am willing to umpire again but would need to refresh. My preference is day comps. Prefer Parramtta auburn. Thanks kindly
