Basketball Beginner

Hi, I am getting into basketball and am considering joining a team, but wondering if there are any free trials available? I am a 16 year old girl and am available on weekday afternoons, I can play on weekends too, during the day etc. I have been playing solo by shooting hoops in basketball rings and practicing bouncing. The locations that are convenient to me are anywhere near the Hamersley area, I can travel all the way to Joondalup if required.
