Netball Beginner

I am over 50 but would like to join a club for exercise purposes. I am reasonably fit - played netball many years ago when a teenager - have played soccer a few years ago with my daughter. My daughter who is 21 may also like to join. Available Saturdays or some weeknights if there are night games?
