Netball Intermediate

I'm looking to join a netball team to play on tuesday nights, preferably ladies but will play mixed, preferably at immanuel or unley. I played competitive netball for 10 years, have a low fitness level (hoping this will change), intermediate skill level, am friendly and love competition. I play defence, mostly GK/GD. hope to hear from someone soon :)
