Netball Beginner

hi, i used to play Netball for a regional football team, i played for 13 yrs, 18 yrs later and 3 children later , i would love to get back into the social and fitness side of netball with ladies around my age, i played GA, GS, WA for the many years played B grade since its been so long i would rate my fitness as beginner,, would love to here from some local teams, tues and wed nights are good for me thanks jo
