General Fitness Beginner

I'm really crap at exercising on my own. looking for someone (or small group) to exercise with in the early morning, basic strength, flexibility and aerobic fitness. coburg park is a great location! free any weekday am c.6:30. could also do occasional weekends, but not so early!

Squash Beginner

Havent played for years, not very good at present, but love the game. looking for a few people for social squash once or twice a week in the northern suburbs, free mon, tues, wed evenings after 6pm. was thinking la trobe uni, bundoora, but location is flexible.
