Netball Intermediate

I am looking to join a netball team to play leisure netball. My usual positions are WD, GK and GD. Anyways, I hope to get started with coaching and umpiring, I hope someone can provide me with some pointers as I can't seem to find much info online other than the levels of accreditation.
