I love playing squash - for fun. Also a great social sport - a great way to meet new people. Would love to meet people for a game of squash .. and who knows .. if you are single (coz I am ).. females only though. Play in Wenty or Merrylands .. or hey .. what are cars for .. can travel ..lol!

General Fitness Advanced

Lets go to the beach and train in the sand. Maybe some skipping .. run with wights on .. Push ups .. have some fun while working out. Females only please.

Have done many martial arts .. would love to train some one for fitness .. for free. They say u learn more when u teach .. So it help me grow as well. rgrd
