Netball Intermediate

I have played netball all my life up until the last 3 or 4 years. I REALLY want to get back into it for fun,exercise and to be social. I DONT want serious bitchy netball. I have played all over but am more of a mid court defence. Centre would be my fav but as I have been out for a few years and was in goals for the last couple of years i played I might need a few games to get back into it and get fitness up. I need a mid week/evening game as I work weekends. Prefer ladies but would give mixed a go too.
