CENTER / BIG (ish) GUY NEEDED Hello, We are an existing team that play basketball on Tuesday nights at Fitzroy High School (near Edinburgh Gardens). Only one division. The competition is the Melbourne Basketball League. We are looking for a center or a relatively big bloke to help out under the basket. We are all pretty agile but have little height in the team. The team is a great bunch of boys (25-35 yo). We are fairly relaxed but we like to go pretty hard. Fitness and social thing - no dreams of grandeur. Looking basketball players to join a team. We currently have 5 and are looking for a few more to join the rotation in the team. League will be played at Mill Park Basketball stadium, season starts in May. either Tuesday or Wednesday nights. Whatever suits the whole team more. We're looking for a: centre and guards. Centre: At least 6'2, play in the post, be able to pick and roll. Pretty much play the big guy in the team. Rebounds, hustly plays and not afraid to get a little physical in the paint. We're looking for someone who can add to our defensive status, who can help solidify an already defensive team as well as bring offensive plays.
