We are looking for female players for our basketball team, ages 18-35, with previous experience playing basketball (at least social). We are in a social competition at NSBA (Northern Suburbs Basketball Association) - division C but we are top two in the competition. We are extremely short on players due to a combination of holidays and injuries. Our first game next year is on the 9th of January but you may contact me after this date if interested. We play every Sunday night (5:40pm or 6:30 pm) and NSBA is located in Crowsnest, NSW about 8 minutes walk from the St Leonards station or 4 minutes walk from Pacific Highway. You will have to join NSBA (www.nsba.com.au) as a member before you can play - this covers your insurance and registration for a year.

I have been playing basketball for as long as i remember. i am fairly decent and quick to learn. i am 1.72m and ~65kg. i am known for my speed and agility, passing ability, court vision, leadership and never giving up on the play especially during defense. i play best as a point guard but also can play most other positions. i've got a lot of experience playing basketball because i have been playing this sport for 10 years.. when i was 11,i played in reagional competition.. i am the only girl who join that competition from my school... i got a 2 gold medal and 2 MVP award in indonesia... the first one i got it from regional.. and the last one i got it from national championship ... i can play everyday during my holiday ( 4th December - 4th january )in the evening... after that i am available on thursday and friday in the morning till night , and monday at 6pm - night.. i am live in Gordon... hopefully i can find a great basketball which i can join in... thank you...

I have no real experience in the sport, I've only done shootarounds with mates at school & uni, but I love the game, and i'm looking for a semi-casual team in the north area to play with.
