Experience: Been playing for more than 15 years, 3 years of training for a club overseas (Europe, junior categories), playing games and streetball (half court) through whole high school and college, had a break for a few years and looking to get back into the game. I am 198cm tall, and around 112kg. I have played rugby the past 8 years at a high level for school and club, but am making a bit of a transition to basketball. I have played a number of games in a friends team, but am looking to join a team that plays (or will be playing) regularly at Carina or Auchenflower. I have been improving my basketball knowledge and skills on a weekly basis, so I now know the rules quite extensively, and am quickly learning the plays (posting up, defensive etc). I am looking for a competitive team that will appreciate a "raw" talent. I want to eventually play basketball at a similar level of competition that I have achieved in rugby, and would really appreciate learning from some experienced players. Get in touch with me, cheers.
