Hi I’m looking to get back into a weekly sporting routine and would love a to join a supportive and passionate team to have some fun with and get active. I’m 20 and have several years of junior basketball experience so I know enough to jump straight in. Hope to hear from my future team soon!

I am 20 years old and I am looking for a women’s basketball team close to Hawthorn. I would preferably love to be in a team with people the same age. I played basketball for around 8 years but stopped when I was 15. I would love to start back up again to meet new people as I just recently moved to Hawthorn and to have fun whilst staying fit. I am available Monday-Friday nights.

Looking to join a basketball team south of the river preferably. I’ve been playing basketball for over a decade, my natural position being a point guard at 5’5. I play casually every weekend but want to take my fitness up a notch. I’ve also played in multiple leagues a few years back and wanting to get back into it. I’m chill but I can also be very competitive. I’m available on weekends and weekday nights so hit me up on 0430859885 if you’ve got a spot, cheers!

About Basketball in Australia
Basketball is a fast-paced, high-energy sport that combines athleticism, strategy, and teamwork. It can be played outdoors on a half-court or indoors in a full competition setting, making it one of the most accessible team sports in Australia.
Getting Started
Many local leisure centres run social basketball competitions and 3x3 competitions that welcome players of all abilities. Basketball Australia's 'Big V', 'NBL1', and state league competitions offer a pathway for more competitive players.
