Hello! We are looking for a couple of extra players for our team that starts playing on 27th August in the B2 comp on Thursday nights at the State Hockey & Netball Centre in Parkville. We are a great bunch of fun girls who play to win but have a good time too. It's $67.00 each player for VNA registration, 1 x $100 team registration (shared - about $12 each), $4.10 each player to enter the courts every game, $50 team fee each game (shared between players - we usually run a kitty). I have played for over ten years previously, at Div 1 level in the UK and at university, and here in Australia I've played mostly social in a range of divisions in Adelaide. I've been out of playing for a while due to work, but am really keen to start playing again. I work shift work so have a rotating availability but really hope this will fit in with a team somewhere! Happy to play any position, mostly played in WD/GD/GK but happy to fit in whatever is required.
