About Racquetball in Australia
Racquetball is an indoor court sport similar to squash but played with a shorter racquet, a hollow rubber ball, and without tin restrictions, resulting in a faster-paced game with fewer rules to learn. It provides an excellent cardiovascular workout and develops reflexes and hand-eye coordination.
Getting Started
Racquetball courts are found at leisure centres and multi-sport clubs across Australia. Equipment — racquet, ball, and protective eyewear — is inexpensive and widely available. Beginner clinics run at clubs affiliated with Racquetball Australia.
