Just getting back into the gym after a bit of a lull...hehe...am doing only about 5km's on the treadmill, with a combination of jogging and fast walking....so would not keep up with a speed demon. It would just be good to have someone to go with once or twice a week so we can egg one another on :).....Northern Beaches area

im lookin for someone to train with me on a regular weekly basis, maybe 2 or 3 nights a week. Would like to do general types of fitness activities after work such as jogging/running, pushups, situps, and other types of boot-camp type stuff, even the beep test. I like to mark and record my progression from week to week as it gives me the motivation to continue doing it. My fitness level at the moment i would probably describe as average. Im willing to travel-within reason- if i can find a committed partner.

Currently only run once a week (Sunday morning) and I would be interested in increasing that a little bit(e.g. run one weekday evening). I did run quite a bit before (New York and Rotterdam Marathons for instance) but I am (unfortunately) not in that shape anymore. When I run I generally run around 12K and that takes me around an hour. I live in Paddington I prefer to run around that area.

I am a keen runner and am trying to complete the bay run at least once a week. Have recently been running it on a Tuesday evening. Would love to find a running buddy to push each other along. Currently I am running the circuit in about 37 to 40 minutes. If anyone is keen send me an email!

I'm trying to get back into jogging but find I do better with a jogging buddy. Would be great if I could find someone to jog with twice a week. My pace however is pretty slow so you would either be getting back into it or I may be a warm up before you take off ha ha. I'm still intermittant jog/walk and am looking to get that to all jogging. I live near the Bay Walk inner west so round there would be great. I am available most mornings but quite early and some weeknights and on weekends.

About Running in Australia
Running is one of the simplest and most effective forms of exercise, requiring nothing more than a pair of shoes and the open road. From parkrun to ultramarathons, Australia has a vibrant and welcoming running community for every pace and distance.
Getting Started
Joining a local running club is a great way to stay motivated, learn from experienced runners, and find training partners for long runs. Apps like Strava and events like parkrun (free, every Saturday) make it easy to connect with other runners.
