Now retired, still pretty fit, used to play about 15 years ago, just socially but could hit a reasonable ball. Looking to take the game up again maybe once a week during a weekday is best for me. Am flexible about the venue.

Hey I've been playing squash for several years and enjoy it for fitness, not expert but not basic either. Work from home so pretty flexible especially during the week. Happy to go pretty much wherever for a hit but my closest courts are Edwardstown and Henley Beach Road

Have played on and mostly off for years, was part of the school squash team many years ago. Not the A team by any means. Social squash with friends before immigrating last year to South Australia from South Africa, would like to pick up the game again. I travel a lot for work so there would be periods where I can't play for a long period of time. When home I would be available most weekdays. Courts in the West are convenient.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
