I have been playing tennis on and off since high school. Have started again early this year, but like to find someone who lives on the southside and is available to play once during the week. Can do mornings on Monday and Friday or evenings most days too. Saturday afternoon is fine too.

I am an intermediate tennis player looking for hitting partners to play probably at UQ on a Saturday or a Sunday morning. I have never played tournament tennis but have played a fair bit so I would say I am ok for someone that has never taken the sport seriously

New Farm, Queensland
Beginner
I've been a tennis player since the 1980's at school. However, I have played very irregularly and would consider myself a beginner rather than intermediate. I can serve and enjoy a healthy deuce match. I would like to play on a regular day each week or weekend, either weekly or fortnightly. I am in the New Farm area, so can play anywhere central, but I have a car so can meet at less central courts to suit you. Really keen for some social action and the exercise that goes with it!!!

Looking for some tennis players to practice with. I have 2 full sized courts at my complex in Kirra/Coolangatta area, but I am willing to drive to other courts. Any skill level is fine, I am somewhere around Int to Adv but haven't played in a little while. Available most afternoons or mornings

St Lucia, Queensland
Intermediate
I am an intermediate player looking for tennis hitting partners. Preferably on weekend early mornings or weeknights. I used to play fixtures in north Brisbane but haven’t played for few years, so I am a bit rusty. I love tennis and like to start playing again and improve my game level.

Warner, Queensland
Advanced
I'm a relatively advanced left-handed player. I played a lot as a junior and I've been getting back into it slowly over the last couple of years. Now trying to get my game to a higher level and start playing some tournaments for fun. I'm interested in regular hitting and point/sets practice. If the person was interested in playing some tournament doubles occasionally I'd be up for that too. I work in the city and live on the Northside, but can travel within reason. Ideally looking to hit very early (finish by around 8 am) near the city before work on a week day, and/or relatively early (finish by around 9.30 am) on Saturday or Sunday. Could also do in the later afternoon on Sunday potentially. Cheers

I've played tennis for some 30 sessions now but not in recent 6 months. I love tennis so much and I'm looking for a partner nearby. I'm living in ST Lucia (4067) and no matter for a travel of 10-12Km. I have free time early in the morning Wednesdays and Saturdays as well as afternoons Tuesdays or maybe other days occasionally.

Hey everyone, I am a huge tennis fan and consider myself at an intermediate level however I have not played for a few months so I may be a little rusty. I would definitely prefer to play at Griffith. I am available everyday until Uni starts near end of Feb. Thanks!

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.

Tennis clubs and public courts can be found in every Australian city and regional town. Major hubs include Melbourne (home of the Australian Open), Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
