Hi I've just moved to Perth from the UK for 6 months and am looking for a hitting partner. I've been playing fairly regularly for around four years. I'm not too worried about standard, just want to hit! I'm based in West Perth but have a bike so don't mind travelling. Available weekday evenings and weekends.

I am also looking for a relatively good male player that can play the occasional mixed tournament with me. Besides that, it would be a bonus if he is good looking, a gentleman, single and sort of wanting to date but not really sure how to go about it - like me!! I think that a sport is the best way to meet someone great instead of hanging in a pub somewhere, don't you? Sporty people are usually fun, healthy, with healthy minds and fun too! I have a tournam

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.

Tennis clubs and public courts can be found in every Australian city and regional town. Major hubs include Melbourne (home of the Australian Open), Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
