Hi, my name's James, grew up playing tennis 2-3 times a week for 15+ years, took a break when I moved to Sydney and have just started getting back into it. Keen to find people to play with around the Intermediate to Advanced level. Happy for anything: just rally, play points, matches or doubles if we can get the numbers. Based in Leichhardt, work at Central and can travel within 15km of the Sydney CBD. Weeknights are usually best but can do the odd weekend too. Cheers!

Hi, my name's Chris, from the UK, iv been in Australia for 7 months now, I have been playing tennis since I was 8. For the past year, work and sponsorship have been my aim, so tennis has taken a back seat. So now I have that, looking to get back on court and play the sport Iv always loved playing. Looking for a high intermediate player. I live at padstow heights and i work in the eastern suburbs area, so evenings from 6pm onwards or weekends is good for me.

I've played Tennis for 6 years (grade 4 - grade 10). Haven't played in 5 years so I'm probably a bit rusty. Would love to play with someone who already knows how to play tennis. I'm available on Wednesday mornings, any time on the weekend and Friday afternoons. I do go to university so this may change a little but I'm sure we can work things out. The best tennis court location for me would be the courts at Lurnea, but anywhere else around my area is fine too.

About Tennis in Australia

Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players.
