Hi, I'm looking for someone to play tennis with once or twice a week. I used to play regularly for 10 years but then had a break of 10 years, so a bit rusty but now looking into getting back to playing. Ideally looking for someone with intermediate skills but wouldn't mind playing with beginners either to work on controlling the ball. I could play in the evenings or on the weekends, i don't mind driving up to 20 min from Klemzig.

I played quite a bit of tennis while I was in high school and I am now trying to get back into it. It's been a few years since I've played but I'm sure I'll pick it up again quite quickly. I work shifts so when I'm available really depends on the day. I would be happy to play anywhere around the North Shore.

Hi, I'm in my 40s and played tennis while I was in High School and have dropped it for 20yrs. Now I'm just picking it up for the last 2 months and looking for someone at the same level to play some social tennis. I'm usually playing at Welfare Ave & Coolabah St Beverly Hill weekdays/end after 6pm ~ 7pm.

Used to play a bit when I was a kid/teen but have only gotten back into the sport over the past couple of years. Trained once a week in Box Hill North pre-covid, but let it slide since then! Beginner/Intermediate level I guess? Looking for a social hitting partner rather than hard core game play at the moment as my serve is still sketchy! Available evenings and weekends, pretty flexible in terms of time and location...but near Brighton would be great!

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.
