27 yo Chartered Accountant. Absolutely love tennis! I've completed beginner and intermediate level adult tennis lessons at university. Haven't played since then...so taking a few classes now to brush up. Great forehand, cranky backhand (but I'm getting there), good serve. Would really love to have a regular hit with someone who is of the same or slightly better level of skill and someone who is also as keen to improve their game as I am. I work full time so looking for someone who can do either Friday evenings or weekends for an hour or so. Prefer to play in South Yarra but willing to travel a short ways out. If you're interested - lets meet up :D

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.
Tennis in Australia
Tennis clubs and public courts can be found in every Australian city and regional town. Major hubs include Melbourne (home of the Australian Open), Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. Search Sports Match Maker to find a tennis partner near you, whether you're a beginner looking for a knock-around or an experienced player after a competitive match.
