A 36 years old mate, who would like to play tennis. I consider myself a beginner because I never competed but I played a little bit during my life. Happy to challenge my skills to someone that has intermediate level. I speak natively Spanish and I'm also able to speak other languages such as English.

Hi there, I used to play a lot of tennis as a teen. Nothing seriously competitive, but I really love to hit, and have been looking to return to the sport for fun and rehab. I'm up for rallying/points/matches/mini tennis or any other weird and wonderful games devised with a racquet in mind. For me, it's all about the play (but also exercise!)... Willing to travel. Available Monday-Wednesday all day. Thursday & Friday after 6pm. Sat and Sunday I would prefer mornings, but it's all negotiable.

New Farm, Queensland
Beginner
I've been a tennis player since the 1980's at school. However, I have played very irregularly and would consider myself a beginner rather than intermediate. I can serve and enjoy a healthy deuce match. I would like to play on a regular day each week or weekend, either weekly or fortnightly. I am in the New Farm area, so can play anywhere central, but I have a car so can meet at less central courts to suit you. Really keen for some social action and the exercise that goes with it!!!

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.
Tennis in Australia
Tennis clubs and public courts can be found in every Australian city and regional town. Major hubs include Melbourne (home of the Australian Open), Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. Search Sports Match Maker to find a tennis partner near you, whether you're a beginner looking for a knock-around or an experienced player after a competitive match.
