Hi I've just moved to Perth from the UK for 6 months and am looking for a hitting partner. I've been playing fairly regularly for around four years. I'm not too worried about standard, just want to hit! I'm based in West Perth but have a bike so don't mind travelling. Available weekday evenings and weekends.

Hi there, I often walk past the tennis courts on the weekend and think that it would be nice to have a hit on a sunny day. I am almost a complete beginner (and don't have a racket yet), so I guess I would be looking for a patient tennis partner. Ideal location for me would be around the Lower North Shore and preferably on the weekend.

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.

Tennis clubs and public courts can be found in every Australian city and regional town. Major hubs include Melbourne (home of the Australian Open), Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth.
