Hi there, I'm a professional tennis coach with an advanced coaching qualification and have been coaching for over 15 years. I play competitively and played in my younger days on the the local and national circuits. I'm looking to meet other keen tennis players, even if you're not as skilled, to build friendships in the Toowoomba region. I just moved here to Toowoomba from Brisbane and I'd like to meet as many people as I can playing tennis. Give us a call if you'd like a challenge, play a set or two or just have a hit. I'm available during the week and on weekends.

I haven't played tennis in years! but I used to play junior tennis and was quite good. I live in Glebe/Camperdown and would be keen to have a game again if anyone lives nearby and is looking for a social game. I have played a fair bit of squash which is very different to tennis so I think it might take a bit for me to readjust to not smacking the ball as hard as I can against a wall!

Hey, I'm Kim, an 18yo student that used to play tennis a lot as a junior, played successfully in a couple of tournaments etc. I haven't played for about 3 years or so (not properly anyway) and am terribly unfit atm, but I would love to get back into tennis. Locations near the city are most convenient for me, NOR or SOR I don't mind. Please let me know if you're interested :) Kim.

I moved to Melbourne last year and am now seraching for a tennis partner on a similar level or a social group for weekly games. I am 28 years old and an advanced player having played tournaments in my teeange years. I haven’t played a lot in the last 5 years and hope to be able to get back into it and to brush up my tennis with regular games. As I am professionally employed, I would prefer weekend games but am generally open for other suggestions provided work committments do not interfere. I am based near Albert Park but would not mind travelling a bit especially on weekends. Btw, I am also searching for a squash partner.

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.
