About Diving in Australia

Diving — springboard and platform — is a graceful and technically demanding sport that combines athleticism, acrobatics, and precise entry into the water. It builds body awareness, strength, and fearlessness, and is enjoyed competitively at all levels from school through to the Olympics.

Getting Started

Diving Australia affiliated clubs run junior development programs at aquatic centres equipped with springboards and platforms. Adult beginner courses are also available. Coaches focus on safe entry technique and progressive skill development.
