Hi I am interested to find training buddies in and around the Taringa/Toowong/Indooroopilly area to do a regular basic short but intensive workout (e.g. weekday 4-5 PM, weekend) for an hour or so using pads - I have been doing karate myself but should not matter too much what martial arts you are doing.

About Martial Arts in Australia
Martial arts encompasses a wide variety of disciplines — including karate, judo, taekwondo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and kung fu — all united by a focus on technique, discipline, and personal development. Training builds fitness, self-confidence, and practical self-defence skills.
Getting Started
Martial arts schools across Australia offer beginner classes for children and adults in most styles. Comfortable athletic clothing is all that is needed initially. Most schools use a belt-grading system that provides clear goals and a sense of progression.
