I used to play a lot of squash but haven't played for years and am now very unfit. It's an amazing sport, particularly for winter in Vic. Great physical and mental workout. I've done a bit of coaching in the past so happy to get back into form playing with beginners and sharing some knowledge of training drills etc. Want to get good again over winter. Available week days 6pm onwards ideally. MSAC perfect, but can think about other locations. Cheers

I’ve played squash on and off for about 6 years. I haven’t played for about a year now so I feel like I’m still a beginner. I’m available on weeknights. I live near MSAC.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
