Played a little bit of lower grade competition and social squash years ago but haven't been on a court for over fifteen years. I am keen for a hit at Albert Park or somewhere nearby to the city and happy to join a group. I work interstate so I am either available anyday or time or not at all.

Hi, I haven’t played squash for many years however it has been a wish of mine for quite some time now to find someone to be able to re-start playing with (as none of my friends are interested in the game). I’ve just found this site so hopefully I’ll meet someone who is also keen to play for fitness, fun and a laugh. I’m fit and like to exercise my body and brain. Ivanhoe would be a great location to meet up for a hit & giggle if that interests anyone. :) I’m pretty flexible with days/times.

Hi, I used to play squash regularly as a bit of exercise for around 2-3 years. I haven’t played for about 6 years and looking to start playing again. I would say I am at the lower intermediate level skills wise and looking to play once a week in the evenings after 6pm on a weekday ideally at Albert park but I can travel a little bit.

I’m getting back into squash after having played as a teenager, keen to find someone who is up for a casual hit every few weeks now restrictions have eased preferably weeknights but can do other times if needed. I’m probably on the lower end of intermediate but have only had a few hits since getting back into it so hopefully I pick it up again fairly quickly. I’m closest to the Wantirna/Boronia courts but happy to travel to Monash Uni or Templestowe.

Hi, I would like to enjoy a social game to get fit and improve my game. It's been many years since I was on a court, but would like to get back on. Would welcome a person(s) who would enjoy similar. Thanks

used to play regularly with a friend and do social comp.. I could compete with some state grade players on a good day, but id say im a solid intermediate as tennis is my dominant racquet sport. however, i have been able to transfer some skills over and able to make it competitive :)

I played in my teens and early 20’s. I really enjoyed it. I still remember rules and how to play. I’m pretty flexible and would negotiate days and times. I live in Frankston and could travel around 25 ks

Seeking squash partner to play once a week. Weekend is best for me but flexible. I am in Doncaster. Templestowe or Wantirna courts are the best range. Don’t mind traffic a little far to fix each other. Want to play in practice and exercise.

I have been playing squash socially for a few years but due to covid I haven't played for more than 1 year. I can play after work (6:30 pm) from Monday to Friday and on the weekends I can do some time. I prefer near Albert Park or anywhere that is not too far

Used to play social back in school 10 years ago. Haven't played for years but keen to get back into it. Available before or after work hours on weekdays. Can make time on weekends occasionally. Prefer city baths or goodlife fitzroy, other locations are okay if not too far.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
