Hi everyone, I’m a tennis player of 23 years who’s also loving the squash game. My technique probably gives that away pretty quickly but have got a very powerful hit. I usually play at goodlife on Johnston st but open to other locations as long as somewhat close to Richmond:) Hit me up for a hit! Cheers, Christina

I've just started to play squash again after many years. I'm beginning again, as it were, but should be able to match it on court with some intermediate players. I work in the city so have flexibility to meet on different work days (and I'm close to Melbourne City Baths, which has a court for hire). Be good to start something regular but happy to first have a hit and see how we go.

Hi I’ve been playing squash now for a year and loving it. I try and attend social at least once a week at MSAC. Looking to play 2-3 evenings per week. Tuesday evenings I am unavailable. Shift work can sometimes vary my hours. CBD, MSAC or southern suburbs would be ideal. If you’re interested in having a hit message me.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
