I have played squash regularly for a few years. Due to a bad injury I haven't played for some time. I would like to play a fairly gentle game on a weekly basis because of this. I would be interested in meeting a person who enjoys the game, maybe has also been injured but still would like to play, but a bit slower ! A day or evening during the week is good and preferably near Midland.

I used to be very active, sports captain at high school etc but have lost my way in the last decade :) happy to meet new people and try something new like squash, cycling, badminton, rollerblading, netball, i'll give anything a go.

Hi, used to play regularly, but haven't swung a racquet for years. Would like to start playing one night a week, during the week after work hours. Can also play on weekends but can be difficult at times. Happy to play at courts south of the river.

I have played squash recreationally for a couple of years although it's been several months since I was last on the court! I can play most evenings south of the river or near the CBD.

Love squash. Am a fairly good player, a bit rusty and I like to play better players to push myself. I haven't played in a year or so and before that only now and then. I enjoy a good workout so i run around like a madwoman. I like to have a laugh but i also like to play a little seriously. Avail weeknights. Pref around Langford, Cannington, Maddington, Canning Vale area.

I just started playing squash with a few friends. because they are at a more advanced level, i would rather play with someone who is at the same level as I.

Hi, Would like someone to play social squash with Monday, Tuesday evenings or weekends are good to. Am intermediate in level. I live NOR so prefer to play at Belmont or Mirrabooka. Happy to consider other clubs as long as it's not too much of a hike. I've played pennants a few years ago but would just like to play social squash now just for fun. Ideally would like someone to play with once a week. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like a game. Thanks Nimmi

Just returned from three years traveling and very keen to get back into the fitness. I love playing squash and have brought my racquet over with me. Happy to travel to play, still learning about where is good to play, but interested in meeting up for a hit or joining a team/tournament.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
