Looking to play tennis one evening a week or on a sat/sun. Both my husband and I are happy to play doubles with other beginners/intermediates. We have a young child and one of us may have to stay home to do childcare. So you might be playing with one of us one week and the other the next time.

Hi there, Learning tennis (adult group training) under really good instructor named, Justin Tredwell near Marion Shopping Centre. In a matter of four lessons I have learnt and improved alot because of variety of drills and instructions along the way. I can play game with reasonably ok serves and strokes. Recommend it to anyone looking for coaching. (Link: http://www.justn2tennis.com.au/index.htm) Its just my way of appreciation.

I live in Firle & am looking at hitting partners. First serves are a bit rusty. Looking to play weekday's & early morining over weekends. I play with a club & need another hitting partner to keep me in tune in addition to the court time I get at the club.

I used to play Tennis with my dad and wouldn't mind getting back into it again. I'm sure my skills are hopeless now and I have to purchase a tennis racket.. but if anyone is equally as hopeless but willing to invest a bit of time that would be great.

About Tennis in Australia
Tennis is one of Australia's most widely played sports, enjoyed by people of all ages and fitness levels. From casual hit-abouts on a local court to competitive club competitions, tennis is an accessible and social sport that improves coordination, fitness, and mental agility.
Getting Started
All you need to start is a racquet, a can of balls, and a willing partner. Most local councils run beginner coaching programs, and Tennis Australia's 'Hot Shots' program provides a great pathway for younger players. Club memberships offer access to well-maintained courts, competitions, and social events.
Tennis in Australia
Tennis clubs and public courts can be found in every Australian city and regional town. Major hubs include Melbourne (home of the Australian Open), Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. Search Sports Match Maker to find a tennis partner near you, whether you're a beginner looking for a knock-around or an experienced player after a competitive match.
