G'day folks, I'm looking to play squash one night a week. I don't care what night but preferably about 730ish I'm a beginner so if you have the patience to give it a go that would be great. I live in Frankston so if you are nearby then contact me and we can arrange something. I'm 53 and recently seperated so I can fit in around what nights suits you. Well that's it from me for now. Ps golf on weekends is cool for me too.

I used to play a fair bit a long time ago, and would like to get back into it for fitness. Currently I have Wednesday nights open, but if you're interested maybe we could work something out.

About Squash in Australia
Squash is an intense, fast-moving racquet sport played by two players (or four in doubles) inside a four-walled court. Renowned as one of the best cardiovascular workouts available, squash builds speed, agility, reflexes, and mental focus. Whether you play for fitness, competition, or the sheer thrill of the rallies, squash is a sport that rewards regular practice with rapid improvement.
Getting Started
Getting into squash is straightforward — most squash centres offer casual court hire, making it easy to book a court and have a hit with a friend. Beginner coaching clinics and introductory programs run at clubs across the country, covering grip, basic shots, and court movement. Equipment costs are low: all you need is a racquet, suitable non-marking court shoes, and a squash ball. Joining a local club unlocks access to graded competitions, social ladders, and a welcoming community of players at every level.
